Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Computer Literate
- Good written English and e-mail writing skills.
- Ability to work with others as a team.
- Actively looks for tasks to complete.
- Open to learning and applying new skills.
- Willing to adapt to changes in work processes.
- Customer service oriented and can work under pressure.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, however with experience working as a Front Desk Officer is a plus.
As Mynimo’s Accounting Receptionist, your scope and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Receives calls from customers; provides call routing and handles basic Customer Inquiry.
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, and welcome the guests.
- Assisting the guest and receiving the guest payment.
- Assists task relating to HR, Purchasing, Accounting, and others (Accounting background is an advantage).
- Encoding and validating of sales transactions.
- Canvass supplies that may be needed in the office.
- Ensures office supplies are adequate in the office.
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare official receipts.
- Cleaning/Hands on task required in the office.
- Other task assigned.
