HR SUPERVISOR
 
Competency Requirements:
  • With 2 year or more experience
  • Above average written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational management skills
  • A team player, yet also a decision-maker
  • Must have a good understanding of the overall HR Admin functions. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Labor Laws
    • Employee Relations
    • Compensation and Benefits
    • Organizational Planning & Development
    • Sourcing and Recruitment
    • Employee Engagement
    • Training and Development
    • 201 File
    • Safety and Contingency Planning
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the overall planning and implementation of HR department’s plans and programs
  • Oversees company’s administrative functions
  • Implements administration of compensation and benefits programs and other rewards and recognition initiatives, and engagement programs and processes
  • Provides general support to the whole organization’s different teams
  • Formulates training modules for improving different team player’s non-technical skill sets
  • Holds and facilitates meetings with different key members to discuss action plans and implementation of strategic plans
